Ethernet Cable Runner - One Sided for Flat Surfaces

I spotted an alternative Ethernet cable management setup and noticed its effectiveness relies heavily on being able to access both sides. However, my situation called for a different approach since I was running cables in the upper back corner of my desk. To overcome this challenge, I decided to split the existing design in two, retaining only the zip tie mount as it proved versatile enough to accommodate various mounting options such as using a nail or applying sticky tape on the other flat surface.
