I recently built an MPCNC and decided to use ethernet cables for my stepper motors. I came across someone who had modified ethernet wall plate adapters to fit through conduit, but I thought it would be more exciting to design and print my own adapters. This allowed me to hide all the wires by inserting the stepper motor cable through them. The adapters were designed to be printed with their circular ends facing down against the glass. I also created a control box with similar connections here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1716182 Print Settings: Printer: MicroMake D1 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layer height Infill: 30% Notes: I made the tabs slightly larger than the inside diameter of 3/4" ID conduit for a secure fit. You can press them in with some force or hit them gently with a file to make insertion easier. I used Allen Tel Products model AT66-15 wall plate adapters, but other models should also work.
