I recently published the 1.0 design after capturing a clear image of the actual vial's side, and I was able to conclude that the piece itself lacks an edge. Unfortunately, my limited design skills hinder me from effectively utilizing other design programs. FreeCAD, as basic as it is, experiences difficulties with chamfered edges when they exceed a certain degree. To address this issue, I recommend using 100% infill with a clear filament. In the meantime, I'm working on upgrading to version 3.0, which will ensure that there are no edges present.
