I've invested in a set of ETA dies specifically designed for crafting mouthwatering homemade pasta. Unfortunately, upon arriving home, I discovered that my ETA AMBO II meat cutter featured an oversized fitting that wouldn't work with the new dies. Determined to get my pasta fix, I took matters into my own hands and created this custom adapter system to ensure a perfect fit between the dies and my meat cutter.
