This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3525735. I have changed the backplate adapter to suit ET4. Here is the things I have changed. 1) Moved the mounting screw holes to align with ET4 backplate. 2) Closed the holes not needed for ET4 3) Shifted the mount slightly lower as the with original X POM wheel hits the bed before nozzle. I have not done extensive testing, but I can say that it prints great and does not really add a lot of weight to print head. There is some rewiring needed as you need to move the extruder motor and run hotend cables if you have not already got a V6. Everything else is from the original model linked above.
