eSun Masterspool

eSun designs a spool that can be divided in two halves by removing just two bolts. With my design, you can replace one half and end up with a Masterspool. The bolts used are M6x34, you will need 2 bolts and 2 nuts to make the second spool since you will reuse the old bolts. I recommend drilling the 2 bolt holes in the eSun spool with a 6mm bit. Although the hole is already very close to 6mm it is not exact enough for a smooth fit. Both sides of the eSun spool are identical. But the new printed side must receive the bolt and only the eSun side NOT the new printed side can have the nut. The Masterspool dimensions are: Outer diameter: 198mm Inner ring diameter: 102 mm Inner mounting hole: 52.2 mm Outer flange thickness: 5.6mm Internal width: 46.7 mm The eSun conversion yields: Outer diameter: 200mm Inner ring diameter: 102mm Inner mounting hole: 52.5mm Internal width: 46.7mm Outer flange thickness: 5.6mm placement side: 3.85mm on the eSun side
