eSun crafts a spool that can be effortlessly divided in two by removing just two bolts. With my creation, you can replace one half and have a Masterspool. The bolts used are M6x34; you will need 2 bolts and 2 nuts to build the second spool since you'll reuse the old bolts. I recommend drilling the 2 bolt holes in the eSun spool with a 6mm bit. Although the hole is already very close, it's not exact enough for a smooth fit. Both sides of the eSun spool are identical. But the new printed side must receive the bolt and only the eSun side - NOT the new printed side - can have the nut. The Masterspool dimensions are: Outer diameter: 198mm Inner ring diameter: 102mm Inner mounting hole: 52.2 mm Outer flange thickness: 5.6mm Internal width: 46.7mm The eSun conversion yields: Outer diameter: 200mm Inner ring diameter: 102mm Inner mounting hole: 52.5mm Internal width: 46.7mm Outer flange thickness: 5.6mm Placement side: 3.85mm on the eSun side
