eSun eBox V2 Replacement Cradle / Tray

I've added a Version 3 of the tray with increased rigidity thanks to extra fillets and bulk. This design works fine with one eBox but has warped over time in the other. The added 3.5mm spacer, alongside the original 3mm spacer, provides a more stable base for your printer settings. This remix is based on a remix of a remix! The eSun eBox is flawed and not worth the ~£60 price tag here in Scotland. I'm baffled as to how eSun thought it was ready for market even with the updated V2 still having some garbage features. However, with a few tweaks, it can be made serviceable. Aside from the awful PTFE tube grommet, the big issue is that the roller mechanism is too narrow for many 1kg filament spools, making it unusable with certain types of filament like Rigid Ink. I realized that the stock rod and bearings in the V2 were just wide enough to accommodate these wider spools if configured differently. I revised the tray so that I could reverse the bearings and gain around 10mm extra width. The files include a revised raft and a cylindrical spacer (print it four times) to pack out the shaft. Make sure you keep the metal plate and install it under this new plastic one. There's also a thin clip add-on that you can glue to the bottom of the new tray, if needed, to reduce wobble/movement on the metal plate below. I find EMA plastic weld great for attaching PLA and most other printable plastics together. Oh, and you'll need two M3 x 10mm bolts...socket head bolts work fine with my spools, but you may need button heads depending how low the filament hangs. Whilst some folk have had issues with the stock bearings/rods, they've worked OK for me so far where the spools have fitted. If you find the stock bearings stick, this probably isn't the solution for you.
