eSun eBox Hanging Spool Bearing Roller Filament Dryer

I was a bit unsatisfied with the amount of rolling resistance with the stock setup, so decided to make an adapter that relocates the existing rollers to turn into a hanging spool setup instead. The installation process is a bit tedious, but once its in place you shouldn't have any problems. What you need: x2 bracket.stl x2 brace.stl superglue a heart to give me :p Instructions: Step 1: Carefully remove the factory rollers with the bearings one side at a time. There is plenty of room to do this without ripping the insulation or breaking the pocket they fit into. Step 2: Pull the bearings off and put a small drop of superglue on the roller shafts that go inside the bearing, then reassemble the roller and bearings back together. Step 3: Superglue the braces to the key holes in the brackets so that it's fully assembled. Make sure it's dry. Step 4: Use something to stretch the casing apart. For this I used the rollers with something else to stretch it out further. This will make getting the brackets in a lot easier. Step 5: slowly press the bracket into place while making sure the braces are parallel as possible so they don't slip out the joint. Step 6: Stick your filament in and then feed the bearing rods through the centre of the spool. They should click in place easily (although you might need to clean out the small groove). Boom enjoy. Considering how hot these boxes get, I'd recommend printing in something high temp like PETG or something. I printed the brackets in PETG 15% infill no supports.
