eSun dry-box Reverse Bowden set-up, with mounts

Reverse Bowden set-up for the eSun eBox (filament dry-box) with mounts to locate the dry-box above the printer.

The mount fits 2020 style extrusions, such as those used on an Ender3 and is remixed from a design by 3DPrintSOS, which is itself a remix of an original design by @Colbrook911 on Thingiverse. It uses t-nuts to secure it in place. I mount the box to the right-hand-side of the printer so the reverse Bowden setup is as close to the centre of the printer as possible.

The dry-box PTFE filament guide is an original design by me created in Tinkercad.

In Use

I have completed a guesstimated 100 odd hours with the Reverse Bowden set-up and no issues at all.

I have probably done 500 odd hours with the dry-box and it makes an appreciable difference especially with printing PETG.

Printing

The PTFE filament guide benefits from support, to maintain accurate dimensions.

The dry-box holder prints best on it's back with support for the front mount. No support is needed for the rear mount.

I printed the parts with 5 perimeters, on top, bottom and vertical walls for strength; and at 0.20mm layer height, for aesthetics. You could easily print at a higher layer height if you want to print faster.
