Estes Saros / Nomad Plastic Parts

I've always been a big fan of the Estes Saros rocket for its sleek, scale-like appearance. It was available from 1971 to 1978 and is quite hard to find. The kit comes with a plastic fin unit, a plastic adapter/transition, and a plastic nose cone. A fellow owner of the original Saros kindly sent me the dimensions of the parts. In addition to the original fin unit "Estes_Saros_4Fin_Unit," two modified variants are available: - "Estes_Saros_4Fin_Unit_Plate" has the "Foil press on" integrated into the fin unit. - "Estes_Saros_3Fin_Unit_Plate" is a 3-fin version with rivets and holding plates. I've added some pictures to help with construction. I recommend not gluing the fin unit in place, as friction fit should be sufficient to hold everything together. This allows you to swap the fin unit if needed.
