Most of the assembly instructions are going to be following the plans.

http://www.spacemodeling.org/jimz/est1287.htm

You will need some harder to find tubing:

BT-60 and BT-20 you can get anywhere
TT-55 as replacement for SBT-139 from Aerospace Specialty Products
T-29 29mm motor mount tube for SBT-123 from Aerospace Specialty Products or Balsa Machining Service
C55-34 full length BT55 coupler stock form SBT-127 from Balsa Machining Service

You will also need some other standard model rocket parts as noted in the plans.

Many of the parts are 2 pieces so that they print cleanly. These can be assembled using epoxy or plastic cement. The fins are designed in two halves that are glued back to back. You will need to print 4 sets.. I also covered them in thin card stock to provide a better finish and add some strength. The fins are printed with a hole down the center so they may be screwed or pinned to the prp1287 base for added strength. gluing them too is also probably necessary.

Enjoy!
