These two nose cones are 3.9 inch (98mm) and 7.5 inch (190.5mm) that are designed to fit LOC/Precision airframe tubing. They are upscales of the Estes PNC-80BB, PNC-60MS, PNC-5V nose cones. One popular upscale for nose cones of this size is the Estes Fat Boy. Files for the 3.9 inch (98mm): 1) Nose cone 2) Nose cone without shoulder 3) Nose cone solid 4) Nose cone solid without shoulder 5) End cap 6) End cap with 7.0mm hole to fit 1/4" (6.35mm) eye bolt Files for the 7.5inch (190.5mm); 1) The whole nose cone File divided into two pieces to make it easier to print. 2) Nose cone 3) Shoulder 4) End cap Fin files: 1) Stock BT-80 fin that is 3mm thick. 2) Fin upscaled 1.54x to fit a 4.0 airframe. 3) Fin upscaled 2.95x to fit the 7.5 airframe *Note: Use the fin STLs as templates to make fins out of stronger materials such as plywood.
