Update 8/21/23 - Added the baffle/coupler I used in the one I've been flying. Update - 4/21/23 - Adjusted front centering rings to 5mm thick vs original 3mm. - Reduced wall thickness of coupler so at 40% infill it drops from 42g to 27g. Update: Nose cone revised to a 3-piece design. Epoxy the bulkhead to the coupler, attach recovery anchor points, then epoxy bulkhead/coupler inside the nosecone. Parts are to make a clone of an Estes Executioner rocket. Fins and Centering rings for both 29mm and 24mm are included. This is a three centering ring config. Two to lock into the fin tabs, and a forward ring to mount recovery gear and reduce volume to pressurize for ejection. Includes a coupler in the files. Save some weight by using a paper coupler if you would like. All that should be needed to complete the rocket is: A two-pack of Estes BT80 tubes. Motor tube (BT-50 for 24mm or Estes/LOC 29mm heavy wall) Parachute (Simulate it to get what you need, probably 24" or so) Shock cord Eye bolts Motor retainer (can find many to print on here).
