<p>This is for 1.75 filaments only.</p><p>Instead of trying to straighten the filament by hand, I designed this block with a 2 mm hole to hold the filament straight while measuring with calipers.</p><p>It measures 20x20x90 mm with a hole toward one edge making it easier to hold flush against the slide of the calipers.</p><p>Orient the model standing up to print like in the picture.</p><p>I printed PLA with .20 layer height, 15% infill, no supports, and no brim or raft.</p>
