Esso Straightener Stand

Esso Straightener Stand

I would use ABS for this print because it boasts a high melting temperature, but ideally, you should opt for silicone if possible, as it's the best choice for your printer. I'd avoid using PLA altogether since it may melt under heat stress. Warning aside, I can now share more about the design. The purpose of this design is to securely hold hair straighteners after unplugging and allowing them to cool down; unfortunately, it won't accommodate wide-plated straighteners. To absorb heat and prevent plastic damage, I've used a redbull can as the core, cutting off only the top portion. This design comes equipped with two interchangeable accessories – one for a stand and another for hooking onto a rail or wardrobe/chest of drawers handle. A convenient screw-top mechanism allows you to seamlessly switch between these two options.
