The goal was to craft a straightforward design consisting of few pieces that would be both enjoyable to use and functional. We aimed to preserve the original intent of the can and utilize it without modifications, making it ready for immediate use (you can remove the top for a better fit). You can simply drink from the contents, fill it up with water, place it in the gun, and blast away! Alternatively, you could just open the can and blast the beverage if desired. Operation is remarkably simple: when you pull out the bolt, fluid flows into the bore. Rapidly pushing the bolt in causes water to squirt out at the end, while leaving the bolt pushed in prevents the water from flowing out. The design allows for effortless printing with supports. The grip may not require support, but having a raft or brim is beneficial to prevent it from tipping over. Additionally, fins were added to the pusher to ensure a secure fit when printed standing. You can remove these with a sharp blade, and minor sanding helps as well. A thin layer of hot glue was applied to the bolt for improved water tightness, along with 2 minutes of sanding on the inside. Removing support is straightforward with the correct settings in place. It's also essential to ensure good layer adhesion for a watertight seal. You can attach the handle to the body using glue or M4 hex bolts through the provided holes; 40mm length bolts are required. For a production version, consider adding rubber seals around the bolt and a small rubber nipple for better emission control. I printed this design on my Tevo Tarantula, which is my first printer, and I've only been using it for a month. Despite some initial difficulties with setup, printing was relatively easy. With a decent printer, I believe it should be effortless and fast.
