Box Designed for My Wife's Essential Oils Collection. This Is a 4x4 Compartment Storage Box. Instructions You Will Need to Rotate STL Files Such That Bottom of the Box and Top of Lid Are Oriented on Build Surface. Large Builds Require Specific Preparations. I Used ABS Plastic with Raft Setup. To Ensure Layer Adhesion, Shield Your Build Area Using Poster Board Cover (Airwolf 3D XL Without Enclosure). Note: Previous Revisions Focused on Outer Columns and Lower Infill Rates; Those Builds Were Not as Durable. Key Factors Contributed to This Design's Success: Rounded Edges Reduced Delamination, Increased Filament Temperature of 250 C Was Applied, and Higher Infill Percentage Allowed for Enhanced Durability. Other Crucial Parameters to Note: Filament Temperatures Reaches a High Point of 250 C, Bed Surface Maintains Consistent Temperature of 120 C, Layer Height Sets at a Meager 0.2 Millimeters, And Increased Infill Levels Rise Up to 80%.
