This display is crafted to showcase essential oil bottles with style. My first prototype has been completed, and once I verify that the interlocking tabs function flawlessly, I will proceed with an update. To achieve optimal results, I used PLA filament set at 215 degrees Celsius and a tray temperature of 60 degrees Celsius. By employing a fill rate of only 5%, I was able to conserve both material and time. The tray was thoroughly cleaned with a salt brine solution, resulting in no lifting issues whatsoever. January 31st, 2017 marked the day when I refined my design by incorporating a more efficient keyhole mechanism and adding a convenient business card slot.
