ESS Goggles 30x10mm Fan and 9V Battery Housing

A mount for a 30x10mm fan to vent my ESS goggles is needed. The fan available was 12v, so a 9v battery would be sufficient, as assumed. Note that this is specifically designed for the **ESS Tactical SC Thermal** goggles, an older model no longer in production, which may or may not fit newer designs. Please leave a comment with your model if you make one and find it does or does not fit. This project is still a work in progress. Adding strain relief and/or holders/clips for the wires will be considered later, if necessary. The two barbed tabs fit into the top of the mask after removing some foam, while holes on either side allow zip ties to secure it in place through aligned ventilation holes. The two halves of the fan housing may be held together at the front using zip ties or screws. A version with a recess for nylock nuts might be created later. For the version with a switch, a rocker switch from Microcenter, part 54-870 by NTE, is being used.
