espurna board housing
thingiverse
Espurna Board is an open-source remote control relay built on ESP8266 for IoT projects. I tweaked the PCB layout slightly to fit my AC-DC 5V converter module. Having this board within arm's reach makes it incredibly handy for creating and testing IoT projects. However, since it involves working with mains power (240VAC in EU), exposed traces and terminals on a PCB can be extremely hazardous, so a housing is necessary as a protection layer at the very least. The housing was designed using Fusion 360, and the file is attached; feel free to modify it if needed. Two housing parts sandwich the espurna-board in between, secured with 4 M2*6mm Phillip-head screws. If you find this useful, be sure to give it a like. Happy designing and printing!
