In this DIY project we'll demonstrate how to build a portable Weather Station that's WiFi enabled using the versatile ESP8266 chip. The software, created by Daniel Eichhorn, leverages the Wunderground API to fetch real-time weather data. This includes current conditions, a 4-day forecast, and even lunar phases. A clean and intuitive user interface is showcased through lovely typography and icons that make navigation a breeze. Assembling this project is made incredibly easy thanks to the 2.4" TFT Feather Wing combined with the Adafruit Feather HUZZAH ESP8266 board.
