A Case for the Deauther Project: A Network Attack Device with a Twist The Deauther project is a device that can launch network attacks, disconnecting clients from any WiFi connection. You can use it for fun, but keep in mind that using it for nefarious purposes may be illegal. This device also has the ability to create fake access points and monitor network packets. It even features a clock! The Deauther project is based on an esp8266 module that includes a 128x64 OLED display. The case is designed around this module, which provides a unique feature set. The device includes three momentary push buttons for navigation and one latching push switch for the power button. It is powered by a recycled LiPo battery from an old phone, with dimensions of 79x59x7mm.
