ESP8266 + Circuit Housing

ESP8266 + Circuit Housing

thingiverse

This housing is designed to hold a piece of protoboard with an ESP8266 board attached. Follow the bellow link to learn more about the set up and uses for this print. The top and bottom halves are designed to snap together tightly, this is the type of housing you'd want to use for a project that is rarely tinkered with after being finished. If you plan to have to open the casing frequently, consider increasing the size of the top half by 1% in the slicer to allow for a looser fit. (I have not tested this but I'd assume it works) This housing is part of a larger project that can be found here: https://github.com/VirtualBoi/8x8-LED-Dot-matrix-Car-Window-Display *NOTE*: there is space above the board to fit other components/wire. There is also a cutout in the back to hold and secure wire. (all shown in photos) If you have any questions OR just liked the design, please drop a comment! Happy printing!
