ESP8266 bed of nails programer for ~16pin variant break out boards
thingiverse
Photo shows the base and insert firmly assembled with pogo pins in place, held together by a generous application of gel CA glue that's still looking a bit sloppy. The "cap" boasts a precisely crafted routing void for the wiring to exit from the alignment hole. Meanwhile, the "guide" was designed to drop into a bare module board, helping you get close to perfect alignment - but it looks like I might end up passing on using it after all. Oops! Don't forget to flip the cap piece and rotate the insert before printing - it's an easy mistake to make! For the pogo pins themselves, check out this great deal: http://www.ebay.com/itm/100Pcs-P75-B1-Dia-1-02mm-Length-15-85mm-100g-Spring-Test-Probe-Pogo-Pin-Tool-/321893993363?hash=item4af2608b93:g:NXYAAOSwhcJWH0ET.
