Another Water meter holder for ESP32-CAM for project https://github.com/jomjol/AI-on-the-edge-device and for water meter as on picture TECHEM with FM Radio module, 63mm outer diammeter. I glued aluminium foil with double sided tape to the inside of tube to better distribute light and dim the reflections. I used external light with WS2812b strip, 3 leds, ESP itself is glued with hot glue gun.
