<p>Hello!&nbsp;</p><p>This is a simple case and baseplate for mounting an ESP32-Cam (AI Thinker and ESP32-CAM-MB) onto a door with a peephole.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>I didn't use a card with the esp32.</li><li>I was going to mount this with a hinge assembly so the peephole could be manually checked, but that lets light through so it would be noticeable from the outside.</li><li>I've included the step files for both pieces so you can modify as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>I didn't include cable relief in case it made the mount unbalanced and crooked.&nbsp;</li><li>I went with an open case design for heat dissipation.</li><li>XVGA &amp; VGA (quality 10, fb 2) captures shown.</li></ul><p>Assembly instructions:</p><ol><li>Snap the ESP32-Cam into the case.</li><li>Unscrew the peephole.</li><li>Insert the interior peephole piece through the baseplate.</li><li>Screw the peephole back together.</li><li>Snap the case into the baseplate.</li></ol><p>My interior peephole piece measurements:</p><ul><li>12mm diameter</li><li>15mm outer lip diameter</li><li>2mm outer lip thickness</li></ul><p>I disabled WIFI sleep &nbsp;in the arduino ide to get better performance.&nbsp;</p><pre><code class="language-plaintext">WiFi.setSleep(false); Serial.println("WiFi sleep disabled");</code></pre><p>I followed Random Nerd Tutorials to program the esp32-cam.&nbsp;</p><p><i>Make sure to press the RST button after powering it up to run your code.</i></p><p><a href="https://randomnerdtutorials.com/projects-esp32-cam/">https://randomnerdtutorials.com/projects-esp32-cam/</a></p><p>I purchased the esp32-cam from amazon</p><p><a href="https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09265G5Z4">https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09265G5Z4</a></p><p>&nbsp;</p>
