I've been using ESP Cameras for a while, and I've lost a few to overheating. So I designed this case to hold an ESP32 Camera, a 10x30 Radial Fan, and an external antenna. The back has a ball fitting for an articulated arm or whatever fitting you figure out. You can print without supports, or use small ones for the antenna hole and usb ports.
