ESP32-Cam Case for Articulating Mount
prusaprinters

I made some changes and improvements to DSK001's ESP32-Cam case that he designed for Alien3D's January 2021 UFO Project.

Changes made:
I made the button parts thicker, which means they print easier and they don't have to travel as far before they actuate the button.

I removed the overhang/latch thing on the side and instead put a couple of notches in the groove where the lid slides into the case so that the lid slides on with a nice little "click".

I made the front of the case thinner (matching all of the other sides of the case), but this meant that camera lens wouldn't be properly supported. I created a second piece that slides into place (just like the lid, with the groove and notches) that holds the lens in place. This also gives an extra dimension to the front so it's not so flat and plain.

I created a lid that has a more minimal ball socket.

I also created a lid that is more faithful to Sneaks original design.

The lid and the camera adjust piece both have a dot on one side, and this side should be the furthest away from the case when sliding it in (see photos).

Print instructions

Everything prints in the orientation that the STLs are already in.
You may want to print the Camera Adjustment at a slower speed because it's small and has an overhang all the way around it, it likes to warp a little bit.
