ESP12 (E/F) Programming Clamp

- Very much a work in progress. Update: It works, but with ordinary copper wire, I had to press rather firmly to make all contacts work. Springier wires should work better. Also, maybe it will work better for me next time, now that I have pressed all the wires into shape. - The jaws are separate so they can be printed quickly in higher resolution. Maybe even experiment with flexible filaments. - No need to glue anything since you effectively tie them together with wire. - I used the twisted pair wires from an ethernet patch cable. Not sure about gauge. On the one hand I support the move to Metric, but 2 mm pin pitch certainly does make the ESP12 hard to breadboard for programming. Hence this design.
