Here's my version 1 case for the esp-wover-kit v4.1, and let me tell you, I'm a bit of a klutz when it comes to handling delicate items. To protect one of my favorite tools from getting damaged, I decided to use Fusion 360 to design a custom enclosure made out of PETG. PLA is also an option, but I prefer PETG for its superior impact resistance - it's essentially clumsy-proof. M3 screws work perfectly fine with a minimum length of 25mm, and I've used standoffs on the opposite side to accommodate wiring. Since this case won't be used as a standalone enclosure, I deliberately chose not to recess either side for screws, reserving that design element for another project I'm working on.
