ESP explorer electric guitar model
thingiverse
I've created an electric guitar model inspired by the ESP Explorer. The STL file is a precise replica on a 1:1 scale. To achieve optimal results in printing, I applied a 0.35 scale factor, which, in my opinion, yields the best outcomes. For the body, I used a layer height of 0.2 and 0.1 for the neck, resulting in a more manageable print. To simplify the printing process, the neck is divided into two sections. The headstock is flat, making it easy to shape with heat. Printing with ABS allows for a smooth surface finish using acetone, enhancing its appearance. For painting, I employed acrylic model paints. To create the strings, any thread will suffice, and they can be attached to the bridge using glue. As an avid guitar enthusiast, I'm drawn to this style of decoration, and I hope you share my enthusiasm. In fact, I'm planning to curate a personal collection of legendary guitars that will be the envy of many.
