Getting ready for this season's first ice, I figured out that I don't need my electric drill for the initial thin ice and decided to fix a broken handle on the manual drill. -= Update 12/12/2017 =- After completing the field trip, a few concerns remain. The major one is whether the handle will stay locked onto the metal shaft. To address this issue, I redesigned the handle slightly and modified the cap to allow for a bit of extra pushroom. A new picture of the drill is pending. -= Handle rotates smoothly around the metal shaft =- This handle might fit other drills with these dimensions: 1) Handle Height: 60 mm + 7 mm for the skirt Inner diameter: 19 mm 2) Drill cap Height: 20 mm 3) Drill cap stopper: Inner diameter to insert into metal shaft of the drill: 13.5 mm Here it is!
