Using 1.75in skate hardware makes it easy to attach the enclosure directly to the longboard, requiring only 8 strategically drilled holes for a secure connection. This housing was carefully designed to accommodate a Miami Electric 12s2p battery, as well as the Miami Electric OESC system, power switch, and Battery Management System. Exterior ports feature a pressure-fit charging port, a 12mm hole for a power button, and a rectangular slot specifically for the battery meter. Before permanently gluing the parts together, I highly recommend thoroughly checking to ensure that all components fit together seamlessly and contain the necessary electronics. Once complete, you can seal this enclosure and make it waterproof by applying a layer of silicone after attaching it securely to the board.
