I recommend making it in ABS (in a closed room) for better flexibility and durability. Rivets or screws required. Once all the pieces have been printed, simply join them with screws or rivets which can also be purchased online for a better result. The sheath has no retention systems but the knife will not come out unless you exert a slight force on it.
