Flute Flauto

I designed this flute thinking to print it in 3D and therefore it is not an adaptation of a flute for 3D printers as there are many on the web. It is a flute that plays very well.
I also included a .gcode file of a slicer (optimized for PETG and for my printer) to show you how the pieces should be placed correctly on the printing plate and with the correct rotation to avoid internal supports. The supports must be placed only on the outside, only in contact with the piano and not inside the flute because any filament or protuberance inside would compromise the sound.
You can tune by pulling out the first part ( Head joint ).
I'm still improving the accuracy of note frequencies which vary depending on many factors such as internal volume, airflow, hole size and spacing. . .
It was printed with PETG and I believe the sound varies with different materials and print quality, so please let me know how your flute will sound. Send me an email if you want me to keep you updated on the new versions I'll make later to improve it.

Questo flauto l'ho disegnato pensando per stamparlo in 3D e quindi non è un adattamento di un flauto per stampanti 3D come ce ne sono tanti sul web. E' un flauto che suona molto bene.
Ho messo anche un file .gcode di uno slicer (ottimizzato per PETG e per la mia stampante) per farvi vedere come vanno messi correttamente i pezzi sul piatto di stampa e con la corretta rotazione per evitare supporti interni. I supporti vanno messi solo all' esterno, solo al contatto con il piano e non all' interno del flauto perchè qualsiasi filamento o protuberanza all' interno, ne comprometterebbe il suono.
Si può accordare tirando in fuori la prima parte ( Head joint ).
Sto ancora migliorando la precisione delle frequenze delle note che variano a seconda di molti fattori come il volume interno, il flusso dell' aria, la dimensione e distanza dei fori . . .
E' stato stampato con PETG e credo che il suono cambia con materiali diversi e qualità di stampa, quindi, vi prego, fatemi sapere come suonerà il vostro flauto. Mandatemi una mail se volete che vi tengo aggiornati sulle nuove versioni che farò successivamente per mogliorarlo
