This is a 2 part access card with a hidden compartment for a piece of paper with a clue. The dovetail design provides enough friction to prevent the two halves accidentally falling apart. I had to run the 2 halves in and out a few times to make sure they slid well together I've kept the final size deliberately thin so that it feels like a real access card. As you can see, printing in white or light filaments will show that there is something inside. If the contents need to be invisible until the user discovers that the card slides apart, I suggest printing in a dark or black filament.
