Escape i Tri Pod tripod Adapter

After experimenting with an i Tripod on a stack of books for testing stop motion animation, I realized the value of versatility in a tripod setup. Therefore, I created an adapter to suit my needs. If I were to redesign it now, I'd create a platform that's more compact and a hole that's perfectly sized. However, my improvised tripod works well enough for me, and I intend to utilize it until either I break it or a better alternative inspires me. Your suggestions or feedback would be highly welcome!
