Eryone Thinker S Cable Chain Set With X and Y axis Linear Rail upgrade

This is my very first attempt at using CAD software to remix/design parts for my printer. Up until now, it's been print-and-play only. Any feedback is more than appreciated on where I can improve. This set is designed for a Thinker S V2.0 with a linear rail upgrade on the X and Y axis. The chain for the Y axis will ONLY work if the bed is on linear rails, it needs the extra space. The X-axis chain is comprised of the linear rail carriage with the chain mount (remixed model), the chain tray (remixed model) that slots into the 2020 aluminum of the gantry, and, on my printer, 15 of the X and Y chain links (Non-remixed reupload). The Y axis has a chain tray (remixed model) that slots into the upright 2020 near the Z stepper motor and bolts with an M4 and t-nut at the rear. The connection at the bed is fastened with four M3 and heat-pressed threads (remixed model) and in my case 18 of the X/Y links (reupload)I am most proud of the Z-axis chain, I have never seen one like this and I have extensively tested it. This uniquely placed cable chain has the frame mount (remixed), the gantry mount (remixed), a chain sled to prevent the back of the gantry roller bolts from clipping the chain and to hold the chain in line. (my own design) as well as 37 Z axis chain links. This chain is routed vertically through a slot in the gantry and runs straight up the machine making this one of the cleanest Z-axis cable chains I have seen. I have it on my direct drive converted Thinker S and moved the connection point for my BL touch but it can still be installed with the original BL touch connection location and original Bowden extruder setup.Running the wires through these closed chains requires extensive disassembly of your machine however I think the more rigid wire protection is worth the hassle. This design could easily be adapted to work with cable chains that have clips to open them, however, I had these style chains before and they just seemed flimsier than these closed-link designed ones. Check out the original pages for the models I used and make sure to post some pictures if you decide to make this chain set! I am constantly improving on this design and will upload any further progress here. Happy printing!
