Update 29/12/2021; Added Marlin 2.0.9 Firmware with BlTouch support and Z offset Wizard + 560mm Z height. Eryone Thinker S and SE 560mm - 600mm mod + linear rail Part list; 560mm - 600mm mod - 2040 extrusion 750mm 2x - tap m5x0.9 - Screw T8 2mm pitch 8mm lead, 700mm - LCD cable extension 50mm+ 2x Linear rail - MGN12H 450mm 2x (Y) - MGN12H 400mm 1x (X) Bolt - M3x8mm - M3x10mm - M3x16mm - M3x30mm - M3x4mm Button - M3 T-Nut - M3 Heatset nut Z mod - 2x M5 excentric nut A New roll of belt for X, use the X belt for Y. Electrical wire AWG14 50mm 2x and AWG24 50mm 2x Start by printing everything, cut the 2040 extrusion at 750mm, tap both side M5x0.9 and assemble, dissasemble the Z screw and replace with the 700mm screw, remove the 2020 bed extrusion, Y pom wheel and X carriage, install the 400mm MGN12H rail on the X extrusion using M3 screw and t-nut, install the X adjustment knob using the old pulley, install the carriage with m3x8mm bolt you may need 2 washer per bolt for some MGN12H carriage, install a new belt on X and use the X belt for Y, install the hotend on the carriage, remove the Board under the printer and relocate it like pictured, use the new lcd cable to connect the display, drill a new hole for the Z endstop or use the printed endstop mount, the cable from the board to the X carriage is long enough for 560mm and the firmware is compiled for this, if you need 600mm you need to extend all cable going up and recompile the firmware with a 600mm height, dont forget to set Cura to 560 or 600mm also. Remove the rear 2020 extrusion and add 1 to 3 2020x2mm spacer on each side so the holes in the rail fit with your extrusion, install the 2020 rail mount on Y with M3x16mm bolt and t-nut, cut the front panel 20mmx20mm to make the mount fit on front using a grinder or dremel, install the Y bed support for the MGN12H carriage and drill 8x 1/8" holes into the aluminum plate using the support as guide, bolt the MGN carriage with 8x M3x8mm bolt, mount the Y endstop adapter on the aluminum plate, install the bed, you need to extend the 4 cable going to the bed with 2 AWG14 cable for heating and 2 AWG24 for the thermistor, install the new belt you can use the old X belt for Y. Flash the firmware with the one included or compile your own with a 560mm or 600mm height for Z in configuration.h Set the height in Cura to 560 or 600mm This should resume everything if i forgot anything you can add some instruction or feedback in the comment section, this setup has been tested on 3 printer and it work i waited until now to upload it to correct any mistake. I printed every part with PETG with 6 walls and 100% infill, it may be overkill but it doesnt require a lot of filament so modify the wall or infill at your own risk. May the Force be with you!
