I Remixed this as I want to be able to use M3 nuts to fasten the Head to the adaptor and want to allow for some horizontal adjustment for the head...incase the X offset is slightly off. I also made the Y Axis offset adaptor to be adjustable in 2.5mm increments, it just pressure clips on, so no parts required. Please post makes, it's nice to see the makes.
