Erwin Schrodinger Quantum Physicist Tree Ornament
prusaprinters
This is a snowflake tree ornament of Erwin Schrodinger. The original design for paper is from the Franklin Institute. I printed it in PLA, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layers, 1mm perimeters. It's 1.2mm thick, with the middle two layers intended to be printed with a transparent/translucent filament to allow light to pass through, hold it together better, and to give it more strength.Erwin Schrödinger was born in Vienna, Austria, on August 12, 1887. He is known for his creation of a cat-related thought experiment illustrating the nature of quantum mechanics. Schrödinger earned a part of the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1933 for his work describing how the quantum state of a physical system changes over time.
