This replacement part was designed as a substitute for our IKEA shelf since the original unit broke due to age and excessive weight. The replacement part has been in use for several months now, holding up well under the same load. To ensure it continues to withstand the pressure, consider increasing the wall thickness so that the conical area doesn't crack. Hopefully this model will be helpful to someone. I'd really appreciate getting some feedback.
