Erlikosaurus is a genus of plant-eating theropod dinosaur from the late Cretaceous Period, classified within the Therizinosauridae family. Fossils of this dinosaur were discovered in the Bayan Shireh Formation of Mongolia, dating back approximately 90 million years ago.
