I was trying to print this tiny spaceship model from Thingiverse, but it kept coming out too small. Luckily, I found this customizer app that let me change the settings so it printed out right. First, I went into custom mode and changed the zRotation option to -45 degrees, which is more in line with the designer's intention for a more symmetrical print. Then I upped the scale to 10x on all axes to give it some size, and added an offset of 50mm to the x-axis to get the body in the right spot. Now the thing is almost too big to handle! Still looks really cool though. Guess it was worth the extra time. Still a pretty neat little model - I like the style of the designer who made it, will definitely be checking out more things.
