Ergonomic Wire Stripper - for scrapping

Ergonomic Wire Stripper - for scrapping

Very simple to operate - just insert a boxcutter blade in the middle and some M3 (or similar) screws on the sides to secure it firmly and drag along the length of the wire. Depending on your wire's thickness, you may find it easier to place the stripper over the wire first and attach the razor afterwards so that the razor can be at the perfect height. This was the second prototype - I made it more user-friendly by rounding the top edges to make it easier on my fingers while using it. Designed in Tinkercad and printed with a 0.6 mm nozzle, 0.12 mm layer thickness and about four perimeters to ensure it is sturdy enough. Happy stripping!
