For all impatient readers: Full design with all parts can be found here: https://www.printables.com/model/493064 This original design of the ergonomic lock-able bit screw driver with print-in-place free-wheel was featured on the frontpage of printable.com for about a week. That got me a lot of clicks, but also a lot of constructive feedback. Here is the improved part that includes an improvement based on the most mentioned request. Apparently there was too little mechanical play in the thread of the lock nut, that clamps the bit tightly. In addition I figured myself that less torque should be needed to clamp the bit, so I also optimized the clamping part at the top of the lock-nut. Here is the final result. I am very happy with the way the whole design works now with this new lock-nut. I hope you will like it as well. Happy printing!
