I use an ergonomic stand for my Elecom Huge trackball, which was launched in July 2017. This stand has made using my trackball incredibly comfortable, as it allows my wrist to rest at a natural position. It's similar to the upright vertical mice from Anker or Evoluent, but designed specifically for trackballs.
