Ergodox EZ Extended Tilt Kit Leg Parametric
thingiverse
Remix inspired by nnifinn's longer tenting leg. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4261530Remixed to be parametric (customise the length and thickness) and be much more resistant to breaking off the keyboard. Also, his model's scale was broken. Finally, this has a more secure ankle to hold the rubber foot on in a bag etc.The scad files are available on printables for you to customise the length and size. https://www.printables.com/model/643505Print upside-down. Use tree supports for head and foot.Nnifinn's description below:Supports are required for the sphere at the end of the leg. However, you shouldn't need support for the inside of the screw cavity, so use a support blocker. This model replicates the Ergodox EZ tilt kit legs, but with approximately double the length, so you can tilt your keyboard even further.Use the screws and rubber feet from your existing Ergodox EZ tilt kit on the replacement legs.At least 0.12mm resolution is required to print the "teeth"/knurling where the leg attaches to the Ergodox EZ. These teeth create rotation steps and help keep the tilt legs from rotating. I recommend using adaptive layer height, because the rest of the print can be lower quality.
