Print four of these brackets and attach them to your ErgodoxEZ to make a very stable and adjustable tent kit. They're printed with PLA 0.2mm with 30% infill.

The threaded caps are printed at 0.1mm and offset for a Prusa MK3. Print a total of 8 of them to get a cap on the top and bottom of each rod. They may fall while you're printing. You can add a brim to prevent this.

You'll need to supply threaded rod and nuts. It's sized for 1/4" - 20 ANSI thread. I cut the rods to be about 175mm (~6.9 inches) using a vice and a hack saw. If you only have access to metric rod, you'll need to resize the bracket hole, and change the thread size on the caps (Fusion 360 files are included).

To prevent the base that's resting on the ground from slipping I use lego pieces and dycem mats.

(Not pictured, I replaced the 2x nuts on the bottom of the threaded rods with a nylon-locking-nut and it's more stable, but also more difficult to adjust)

This is a re-post of my thingiverse post https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4789211. I like the prusaprinters app interface much more than thingiverse.

The fusion 360 file has a parameter that allows you to adjust the angle of your brackets so you can modify it if you want a more or less extreme angle.
